Step 1. Eligibility

Oklahoma residents, regardless of age, who are uninsured or under insured are encouraged to apply. Medicare Part D and Medicaid beneficiaries with unique circumstances may qualify. All of the pharmaceutical programs vary and have certain requirements that must be met in order to get help from the program.
