Affordable Housing
See your home come to life! Services include Affordable Housing Development, New Construction, Rehabilitation on Existing Homes, Weatherization, Homebuyer Education Classes, and Down-payment Assistance for income eligible households who, generally, earn less than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Head Start and Early Head Start
Want your child to grow, learn and share in a nurturing and creative place?  Head Start and Early Head Start are comprehensive development programs that serve children from birth to age 5, pregnant women, and their families. Services are family and child focused, tuitition free, include parent involvement and education, screenings for health and development, breakfast, lunch, and nutritious snacks are provided daily, and eight locations. Manage your money and achieve your financial goals. Our Center provides useful advice to help you plan your family's future. Learn budget and finance skills for investing or saving to purchase a home (income eligible families earn Down-payment assistance). Take part in FREE financial and homebuyer education classes. A temporary emergency, such as loss of a job, unexpected medical or prescription costs, or car repair that threatens your employment, can lead to a situation beyond your control. When life throws you unexpected curves, ask for help from us. As funds are available, individuals with a qualifying emergency may ask for assistance once a year for help with past due utility bill, rent or house payment to prevent eviction, disaster relief, prescriptions, housing for homeless, and community referrals.
