Our mission at NEOCAA is to bring financial and human resources together to help low-income families and individuals move towards self-sufficiency.

A large step toward being self-sufficient is being gainfully employed.

Our job empowerment specialists understand that life sometimes throws up roadblocks that can hold people back from finding employment.

We work with individuals to equip them with the tools and connections they need to find meaningful employment so they are able to provide for themselves and their loved ones.

Our job search assistance services include helping people who don’t have access to a computer or aren’t computer literate navigate their way through online applications.

We also support our clients by providing contact names and numbers of staffing providers and potential employers.
