OUR MISSION

Northeast Oklahoma Community Action Agency, Inc. (NEOCAA) brings financial and human resources together to help low-income families and individuals move towards self-sufficiency.

We offer services such as education, health, housing and community development that assists communities and residents with upward economic mobility.

OUR VISION

Low-income families and individuals in Northeast Oklahoma have good jobs, decent health care, adequate housing, are free of drugs and enjoy a higher standard of living.
