For more than 50 years, Northeast Oklahoma Community Action Agency has been helping people and changing lives in Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware and Ottawa counties.

NEOCAA is a nonprofit organization that helps low-income families and individuals move toward self-sufficiency by utilizing a wide variety of community programs and services.
