NEOCAA Reports

An essential role of a Community Action Agency is representing the interests of low-income constituents. NEOCAA does this by providing accurate and current information to decision makers on how policies, funding decisions and regulations can be improved.

We also strive to educate the community on the needs of families with poverty incomes through presentations at service clubs and organizations, in high school and college classrooms, and as guest speakers at local, regional and national conferences.

Community Needs Assessment

The NEOCAA Community Needs Assessment includes the population, income and economic condition data for Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Muskogee and Ottawa counties, as well as the state of Oklahoma.
