Early Childhood Education
NEOCAA offers quality services at our Child Care Center and Early Head Start Center and through the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership program. Each option provides high-quality early childhood education services to infants and toddlers (children ages 6 weeks to 3 years old) and their families.
